Discovery Call 

Let’s have an intro call to learn about your event and STORIE, and discuss how we can help bring it to life.

Site Visit & Walk Through

Once you decide to sign on, we will do a site visit with you where you plan on hosting your event. We will walk the venue, discuss layouts, program, and budget.

Design Presentation & Collaboration

We will ask you to share your inspiration images for your event, to give us further insight into your dream. We will then use all the information we have gathered to compile a full presentation of all the items we are suggesting (furniture, tablescape design, table settings, lounge areas, tents, lighting, etc.)

Vendors & Execution

If your event is taking place in the tri-state area, we have vendors in every category we can recommend and work alongside to bring your event together. We will order, store, and then deliver all items the day before your event, and then finally set up the morning of.
