We work with you, your architect, and builder to design and develop the most efficient floor plans, material selections, and interior architectural details to make your space highly functional while bringing your vision to life.
FLOOR PLANS
We collaborate with your architect on any existing plans to provide insight on furnishing usability and flow.
If plans have not been drawn, we work with you and your architect to create highly efficient layouts that feel good to move through.
As interior designers, we look at layouts through a different lens: there is furniture placement considerations, sight lines (what your view will be as you move through the space and sit in different places), and the functionality that is needed for whomever will reside there.
MATERIAL SELECTIONS
Our onboarding process informs us of you (or your brand's) design aesthetic and your goals for the build. If you are a developer, it informs us of your target market/demographic, so we know who we are designing for.
Once we understand our audience, we design and present our vision through material boards, renderings, and drawings that illustrate the overall feeling and design direction.
After the design directoin is finalized, we source and draw every remaining detail for you to bring the space to life.
IMPLEMENTATION
We have honed partnerships with artisans over the years who can build and create just about anything. They are highly talented at what they do, reasonably priced, and a joy to work with.
If you already have an established team we will work with your team on all the deliverables needed to properly execute the build.
We procure, track, and manage all the furnishing/fixtures that need to be purchased; while also constructing a build book of every item that is being installed/built, with drawings to show all the details the build team needs to fully capture the vision.
